FESTIVAL AT SEA is the ORIGINAL African American themed cruise. Entering our 30th year of Cruising with an African-American Twist, we've set the bar high. 2022 reaches that mark as we set sail on the beautiful Celebrity Equinox.
The Equinox captures the very essence of premium cruising and luxury. With new amenities not available on any other Celebrity ship, prepare to have your expectations exceeded as soon as you step on board. This is “Modern Luxury” and in 2022, you will be the Celebrity!
On Festival at Sea we bring top-name entertainment to perform for you in our venues. DJ's spin music in our onboard clubs and our White Night and Costume Theme Nights are off the hook. The days are filled with dozens of activities, shows and classes that will keep you moving throughout the week. That’s why so many people make it their annual Family Reunion at Sea.

Payments & Taxes & Fees
$250 per person discount applies to the first two full paying passengers in a cabin only.
Prices listed are per person double occupancy and include port charges. Taxes, fees and gratuities are not included. Those amounts are listed below.
3rd person sharing with two full paying adults are $1,799.00 per person, plus taxes, fees and gratuities. (interior, ocean-view, balcony) and $2,499.00 per person (suites), plus taxes and gratuities. Note: 3rd person adults are limited and are on request only. There are no 4th person adult rates available.
3rd/4th children (1-17) in a cabin with two full paying adults are $899.00 per person plus taxes, fees and gratuities. Child’s fare does not include taxes and gratuities.
Single Occupancy rates are double the published price plus taxes, fees and gratuities per person. Deposits and additional payments are also double the per person amount.
Taxes and fees of $169.00 plus gratuities of $124.00 per person for Standard Cabins, $128.00 per person for Concierge and Aqua Cabins and $152.00 per person for Suite Guests are additional to the Published Prices.
Deposits: Initial deposit of $250.00 per person ($500.00 per person suites) are due at time of booking. Additional monthly payments of $250.00 per person ($500.00 per person suites) are due until paid in full. Final payment is due no later than April 1, 2022.
Initial cabin deposits, as well as all subsequent payments, including hotel reservations are non-refundable.
Blue World will not be able to match guests for our 2022 sailing. We encourage you to reach out to various social media groups, friends, family and colleagues to find your own match.

Beverage & Wifi Packages
Festival at Sea is a chartered cruise. The inclusions will vary from Celebrity's standard cruises. With that, beverage packages and wifi packages are not included in the price above. You will be able to purchase these packages in Spring 2022.

Power to the People is a new event to support the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement. The event will include slam poetry/short story performances, panel & audience discussions and a BLM mural created by all the passengers who attend.
African Attire evening will be renamed to Wakanda @ Sea to honor the life and work of Black Panther star, Chadwick Boseman. All guests will be encouraged to dress formally in your best interpretation of Wakanda's style.
