How does it work? Glad you asked!
STEP 1:
Submit an application so we can assign you a Group leader number!
STEP 2:
Tell people to make a reservation using your Group number!

And that's about it!
​What are the rules?
All qualified group members must be NEW to Festival at Sea.
Therefore, for a member to count to your group numbers
they cannot already be in our system as having traveled with us before.
After you bring on a new person, they are yours for life!

How to qualify for a check:​
Incentives are possible up to four tiers.
​
First Tier Group:
Book 8 double occupancy cabins or 16 full paying passengers*​
Incentive: Payout
​​
Second Tier Group:
Book 16 double occupancy cabins or 32 full paying passengers*
Incentive: Payout x 2
​
Third Tier Group:
Book 24 double occupancy cabins or 48 full paying passengers*
Incentive: Payout x 3
​
Fourth Tier Group:
Book 32 double occupancy cabins or 64 full paying passengers*
Incentive: Payout x 4
Payouts for incentives are only based on fully realized groups.
There are no payments for partial completion.

*Third person do not qualify as they are not full paying
For example:
No partial for 15 full paying passengers
31 full paying passengers only qualifies for the First Tier

Payout Structure:
For the payouts, we take the average from the cabin prices of your booked passengers.
Example based on Festival at Sea 34 price:
Let's say you book 16 passengers in 16 i2 cabins.
(16 x 2,568)/16 = 2568.
Your payout is $2,568
That was an easy one.

Let's say you book 8 passengers in an i2
And 8 passengers in Sky Suites
(8 x 2,568) + (8 x 6208)/16 = 4,388
Your payout is $4,388
​
Let's say you have 32 passengers and get to Tier 2.
16 passengers in i2
16 passengers in Sky Suites
(16 x 2,568) + (16 x 6208)/16 = $4,388 x 2​
Your payout is $8,776

Group Leader Expectations:
One primary importance of the group leader is to assist with the dining.
Ideally, the members of your group will know each other in various capacities.
​
On Festival at Sea, we pride ourselves in organizing all dining requests
to ensure everyone is seated with their preferred family, friends and loved ones.
​
As a group leader we will send a form to help us with this process.
​
Outside of that, ultimately, how you choose to run your group is up to you!
We still send out our newsletters and updates as usual to everyone.
Most group leaders also create t-shirts for their members.
